Our 2022 release has the typical Chambourcin distinctive dark colouring with delicious black cherry and plum notes. Named after one of the great harvesting performances in the Summer of 21/22 it will pair well with any tomato-based dish, spicy food, or (according to Arthur) perfectly with a pepperoni pizza.
