White · 2025 · EstateThe Amanda · Verdelho
A zesty Verdelho, vibrant with tropical fruit and pineapple, and a clean, crisp finish.
Every bottle tells a story, and most are named after someone who helped make it. Taste them at the cellar door, or order online for delivery.
Choose four 50ml glasses of Estate wine and take your time over them, inside or on the covered deck. Tastings are seated, so book a table and let us know in the notes if anyone in your group isn't tasting. Not tasting? Order a glass, a bottle or a Cambewarra cocktail instead. Add a cheese board or a few plates from our All Day Snack Menu to share.

A new chapter for each bunch.Yeast turns grape sugars into alcohol. For red wines, contact with the skins helps develop colour, texture and flavour.
The quiet transformation.Resting and maturation help shape the finished wine. The vessel and time involved vary with the style—there’s no single recipe for every bottle.
Patience has a part to play. The finished wine is bottled, ready for its next chapter. Meet the Estate-grown varieties at the cellar door and find your favourite.
